Return and Refund Policy
At Origins Odyssey, Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that our products and services meet your expectations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Refund Policy
Processing Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the Original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items that:
- Are not in their original condition.
- Have missing parts not due to our error.
- Are returned after the specified return period.
Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy
Trip Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Trips can be canceled (for a full refund) and rescheduled within 14 days before said date of the trip. To cancel or reschedule your trip, please contact us at Veoriginsodyssey@gmail.com with your trip & order details.

Late Cancellations:
If you request a cancellation after the stated time frame, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee a refund. Once the item has been shipped or the service has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.

Late Rescheduling:
If you request a rescheduling after the stated time frame, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee a Rescheduling of your trip. There may also be fees if rescheduling after the stated time frame.
Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at Veoriginsodyssey@gmail.com . We will arrange for a replacement or an exchange at no additional cost.
Return Policy
Eligibility:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packagingPackaging must be undamaged.
- You must provide Proof of purchase, such as but not limited to emails, receipts, digital receipts, and order number.

Non-Returnable Item:
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Preplanned trips (Trip Cancellation information below)
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at Veoriginsodyssey@gmail.com with your order details (may be subjugated to provide further information). Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this RA number when shipping the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Disclosures
Privacy Policy:
All personal information, including your name, contact details, payment information, and ancestry, is used solely to enhance your experience with Origins Odyssey. This data is not sold to third parties but may be shared with trusted partners to improve services. We prioritize user data protection.

Liability Disclaimer:
Origins Odyssey is not liable for any issues during your trip, including errors, injuries, or expenses. Travelers are encouraged to be aware of foreign regulations and must indemnify Origins Odyssey from any claims arising from their experience.

Travel Insurance:
We offer secondary insurance for unforeseen events if you waive liability against Origins Odyssey. To file a claim, notify us immediately, submit relevant documentation (receipts, reports, etc.), and await processing.

Health & Safety:
Post-COVID-19, health and safety are our priorities. All travelers must complete health checks and submit medical documentation before their trip. We will inform travelers of any health risks related to their destinations.

Compliance with Local Law:
Travelers must abide by local laws during their journey with Origins Odyssey. We recommend researching regional regulations, obtaining necessary permits, and carrying required identification. Illegal activities are not tolerated.

Consumer Rights:
Origins Odyssey is dedicated to upholding consumer rights. You are entitled to clear information about services and fair treatment. Your privacy will be protected, and you have the right to raise concerns and file claims for grievances. You can also choose to manage any mishaps independently. Eligibility
Age Requirements:
To use the services provided by Origins Odyssey, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if under 18.

In order to book and access travel services, users must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensure all activities under their account comply with these terms.

Geographical Restrictions:
Origins Odyssey may be subject to certain geographical restrictions. Our services are available in select regions, and users must comply with the applicable laws and regulations governing their location.

Prohibited Uses:
You may not use the services of Origins Odyssey for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity during the booking process or while on any travel experience facilitated by Origins Odysseys.
Complaints
Filing Complaints:
If you experience any issues or dissatisfaction with any part of the service, you may file a complaint by reaching out to our customer support team via email at veoriginsodyssey@.com or through the contact form on our website. Please provide detailed information about the issue to help us resolve it promptly.

Complaint Resolution:
Origins Odyssey is committed to addressing all complaints in a fair and timely manner. Our team will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 72 hours and will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

Timeframe for Complaints:
Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident or service in question to be considered valid.
